Delivery, Installation & Showroom

  • Yes. We supply and install certified fire-rated wooden and steel door solutions from partners such as Cocif and Novoferm, complete with the required documentation and professional installation so ratings remain valid after fitting.

  • Official partners include Antares Cucine, Cocif, Novoferm, Frag, Albani Divani, Siloma, Cinquepuntozero and other specialist Italian lines.

Warranty, Returns & After-Sales

  • Products carry the official Italian manufacturer warranty (typically 2–5 years or longer, depending on the brand and item). As your local partner in Cyprus, we also provide after-sales support.

  • Custom-made orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started in Italy. Stock or non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging — terms should be confirmed at the order stage.

  • Yes. Our Cyprus-based team provides after-sales support, including guidance on maintenance and assistance after installation.
